We started a “Dental Health Workshop For the Elderly”. This is targeted at care-givers, and the first workshop was held at the Home Nursing Foundation at the Headquarters in Toa Payoh 0n 8 October 2015.
The purpose of the workshop was to teach the care-givers how to take care of the teeth and gums of the elderly under their care.
We conducted a similar workshop at Ju Eng Home in Jalan Kayu on 12 November 2015.
Then on 26 November 2015, we did it in Ling Kwang Home in Serangoon Gardens.
2016
The first workshop in 2016 was at All Saints Home in Yishun on 14 January 2016.
We intend to cover more Elderly Homes this year!
