Do not share or discuss personal information that beneficiaries may reveal to you, unless it is life-threatening. You must then let a staff member of the welfare organisation know immediately.

CONSULTATION
When in doubt, please consult staff or senior volunteers.

RESPECTFUL
Be open to and respectful of another’s point of view.

SENSITIVE
Be sensitive to another’s religious beliefs. Do not impose your views on others.

STAFF-VOLUNTEER RELATIONS
Maintain cordial and open communication links with staff members of the voluntary welfare organisations.
